No. According to the Singapore Police Force, taxis in Singapore are exempt from child restraint laws. This means that children below 12 do not need a booster seat when riding in taxis in Singapore.
The amount of luggage you can bring depends on the size of the taxi and the space available. Generally, a standard taxi can accommodate up to 2 large suitcases and 2 small bags. If you have more luggage or bulky items, please let us know in advance so we can arrange a vehicle that meets your needs.
