1. Important Application Information
- Open to all STRIDES Premier Taxi, Private Hire Car (PHC) and Limousine hirers.
- Submit your application through Partners Net, under E-Services.
- Complete the application and attach all required supporting documents before submission.
- Each taxi, PHC or limousine hirer may submit a maximum of two applications.
- Duplicate, incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
- If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 3 days after submission, email [email protected].
- All applicants will be notified of the application outcome by early November 2026.
- Applicants are bound by the terms and conditions of the Strides Premier Bursary Programme, including any subsequent amendments
- The Bursary Committee’s decision is final.
2. Introduction
The STRIDES Premier Bursary provides financial assistance to children of our taxi, PHC and limousine hirers to support their education. The bursary is awarded for one year, and a new application must be submitted each year.
3. Eligibility Criteria
The hirer and child must meet all the following requirements:
- Be an active STRIDES Premier taxi, PHC or limousine hirer.
- Have maintained a hiring agreement with STRIDES Premier for at least 12 months before the application date.
- Have a daily rental rate of more than S$75, excluding GST and CDW.
- The child must be studying in Singapore and must not be above 25 years old at the time of application.
- The household’s monthly Per Capita Income (PCI) must be below S$1,500 per family member.
4. Supporting Documents Checklist

5. Bursary Award
Each successful applicant will receive a one-time cash award based on the applicant’s education level:

6. Application Outcome and Disbursement
- All applicants will be notified of the application outcome by early November 2026.
- Successful applicants will be required to attend the Bursary Award Ceremony in late November 2026.
7. Important Condition
The full bursary amount will be recovered from the hirer if the hirer’s hiring agreement with STRIDES Premier ends through withdrawal or termination within 6 months after receiving the bursary award at the ceremony.
